Ingredients:
• Ripe bananas
• Cassava
• Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Peel and mash ripe bananas in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, use a grater to grate the peeled cassava. Then squeeze out the water from the grated cassava
- Add the squeezed cassava to the mashed banana and mix until you achieve an almost smooth, thick batter.
- Use fingertips to roll into small balls, heat oil and deep fry until golden brown
- Serve hot with pepper sauce
